Everyone who has messaged Velin for the first time. Mark handled once you've seen it — new arrivals default to not handled.

Live — always exactly the customers currently in manual mode, same underlying data as the Customers tab (no separate copy to fall out of sync). Switch one back to auto here or in Customers and it disappears from both immediately.

New numbers show up here automatically on their first message. Toggling one to manual takes effect within about a minute (no restart needed) and stops Velin from replying to just that number — everyone else keeps getting normal auto replies.

Edit Velin's workspace instructions. Saving only changes the file on disk — conversations already in progress keep running on whatever loaded at their session start, until sessions are reset.
